Thank you for shopping at TSeven. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order number

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Hygiene-related items (if opened)

Return Process

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at sales@tseven.us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos to resolve the issue quickly.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
